Herbal medicine?

DO you think its good for you? why or why not? what do you think is better, prescribed meds or herbal meds??

Depends on the herbal.
Some herbals, like Saw Palmetto, have scientific evidence that shows that they work. Most herbals do not have scientific evidence and may or may not work. Some may be dangerous as they are not approved by the FDA.

Many herbals are not effective and are a total waste of money so choose wisely. Ask the pharmacist where you shop and you will get an honest opinion.

both herbal and prescribed meds are good.. herbal meds is cheaper than prescribed meds.. so if you cant afford to buy a prescribed meds better use the herbal med.
