I was told that the later you started puberty it's actually a little better because since you body develops later then you will live longer since it will take longer for your body to develop. Now is this reasonable or just a bunch of bull?

Nothing says you will live longer if you enter puberty a little later.
You could get hit by a car.
Puberty comes when it's ready to come.
Lots of guys get later puberty.
