Yes, just because you lost a hand doesn't mean that you are immune to the effects of breathing smoke. Second-hand smoke affects people of all ages, shapes, colors, sizes, and even people who are handicapped. Your DNA is still the same; it doesn't change if you get get hurt, and our DNA created our bodies to be suceptible to smoke.
Here's 'handy' answer. Smoking around non smokers is pretty under'handed' in my mind. Not cool to pollute my air! If you (the proverbial 'you'-don't 'backhand' me) want to suck cancer sticks, fine. Don't ask me for any 'handouts' when your lungs look like rotten prunes. Another thing, smokers are never 'handsome'; stinky, wrinkled, yellow, a hole in your neck.always hockin luigies into a 'handkerchief'. Kissed a smoker once- her mouth tasted like an ashtray and felt like sandpaper. I couldn't 'handle' it.
