Heel pain?

Ok, I have like this burning feeling in like the part right before my heel on my foot. My parents think it had something to do with the shoes I had to wear for a full day for show choir, but I am pretty sure it isn't because of where the pain is. It feels like it's inflammed and burns and stings, and is temperature sensative. Could something be wrong with my foot, or just like a nerve? Please help try 2 figure out what is wrong. And don't tell me to visit a doctor, because I will tomorrow if the pain persists, but it hurts too much to concentrate on much else. Please help me.

It sounds like one of two things.
1. Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome which is when entrapment compresses the nerve, it causes pain, a burning sensation, and tingling on the sole of the foot. This pain usually worsens as the day progresses and can usually be relieved by rest, elevation, or massage
2. Plantar Fasciitis is an inflammation caused by excessive stretching of the plantar fascia. The plantar fascia is a broad band of fibrous tissue which runs along the bottom surface of the foot, attaching at the bottom of the heel bone and extending to the forefoot. When the plantar fascia is excessively stretched, this can cause plantar fasciitis, which can also lead to heel pain, arch pain, and heel spurs.
Go to a podiatrist. They will be able to diagnosis the problem.
I have had Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome which is treatable. The sooner you get it taken care of the faster it will heal and the easier it is to treat it.
My mom has Plantar Fasciitis. There really isn't a cure for this one, but there are things to do to help it.
Go to the doctor.
Most likely it is from the shoes you wore. Try soaking your feet in a tub of hot water with foot soak solution or epsom salts in the water. You were probably on your feet more than usual and in shoes you don't normally wear so your foot was in an odd position so to speak for longer than usual.
