I'm so lethargic all the time. Besides going to the doctor..?

Anyone have any tips for putting some zing back in my step?

You could have a thyroid problem which means if you don't go to the doctor you could really do damage to your heart by ignoring the problem. You could have anemia, in which case you only need vitamins, but you would need a blood test to find out which kind of anemia you have.. you could have all kinds of things that could be harmless or could be important. Bottom line is you need to go to the doctor.

you may not be able to avoid going to the doctor
Maybe you suffer from depression. If not, I suggest that you get something very interesting to do that may take you mind off the lethargy. Is there perhaps something that's bothering you? maybe you should zing up you prayer life too. get involved with other people and their hardships.
If you are less than 18 then don't worry, it's teenage. It will go with time. If you are older then try isolating (among the lot that you think are in relation) the single factor that you dislike about your life and act about it. An antidepressant will only sets your serotonine thermostat to a higher level. It won't solve your real life problems.
