Yes.unfortunately. I have the same thing. You need to do back exercises. They are actually stomach strengthening exercises. Takes the pressure off of your back muscles.
I have lived with this same problem for 10 years now. Through 2 pregnancies. It STINKS! Sometimes there is nothing you can do. It gets bad around pms times too.
Good luck. Rest up for now and start the exercises. They do help.
