I thought about it for a while but found out that sometimes they can tear some tissues inside you so that put me right off.

nope i have never had one and dont really think it is something that i would ever try. why, are you thinking of having one done??
not had one, like a large enema, I think you can do the same thing with a bottle of Magnesium Citrate and have less side effect, plus you need the magnesium, not depleated of nutrients
