2 1/2 years rash running around calves, inner thighs. Looks like a map, flat w/ some roundish spots..?

2 1/2 had a cough and low-grade fever; woke up with rash around legs like a road map, w/ a few spots that look almost like they could blister.

You should see a doctor - if the rash and fever carries on in the night, don't worry about taking your child to hospital - they don't mind. It's better to be safe.
