I would be very tempted to say it is a scam and you should not take it.
Anything that is not produced in the USA does not go through the rigorous FDA inspection process. Pills coming from Russia, a poor country have poor quality control. You have NO idea what is in them - regardless of what they say is in there, you don't know for sure.
I would say stay away from them, and anything like them. It's not worth the risk.
