Go to the Doctor before you don't wake up one day, dumbass.

Sounds like asthma, the best thing to do is relax and sit up straight in a bed with pillows behind your back
Sounds like sleep apnea to me (my hubby has it) ...He wears a mask to bed and sleeps much better....Go to a sleep study lab (usually at your local hospital) and get it checked out...It's actually very serious and you can die from it, so go soon!Take care, dear, you'll find the answer......
have you seen a doctor? you should. There are more than a few possibilities as to what could be wrong. I personally have bad reflux, which hinders my sleeping, and wakes me up at night, but I've also been tested for Sleep Apnea, which is when you actually stop breathing periodically as you sleep . Turns out I didn't have it, but you could. GO TO A DOCTOR!
It sounds like sleep apnea, which is a very common condition. see your doctor he/she should be able to prescribe you a device that will help you to keep breathing through the night.
I think your doctor might be the best person to help with this. You could try nasal sprays but the best ones need a prescription. I believe the Butyeko system could also help with this. If you don't like these suggestions talk to your local pharmacist. This could get serious.
Think you should go see your doctor, sounds like you might have some kind of sleep apnoea which is a sleep disorder involving periods of an absence of attempts to breathe. Meaning that a person suffering from this is momentarily unable to move respiratory muscles or maintain air-flow through the nose and mouth
This happened to my son from the time he was born until he was 3. I took him to every Doctor I could find they all told me he had acid reflux. I finally found a doctor that would actually listen to me and she suggested we see a ENT(ear, nose, throat doctor.) When we to see the ENT she had told that his trouble breathing was caused by enlarged tonsils. We had them removed and we both sleep better at night. He is now a happy 4yr old. You might want to go see a ENT.
Being afraid makes it worse. Be without fear, and just take slow, easy breaths.
Nasal congestion occurs either due to cold or deformed nasal bone.tTry nasal drops before going to bed ,if u get relief continue for a week or so.If not see an E.N.T.doctor who shall straighten your bone by simple surgical intervention. In any case nothing to worry as the problem is not serious.Wish you well.
I haven't slept properly for days. Its a curse. I think you have sleep apnoea. Read your answers and good luckxx youre not alone

Try not to take offence but are you overweight/obese. If so you could be suffering from sleep apnoea. This is where your airway gets blocked in the night and so your body has to wake you up to start breathing again. You don't say if you snore or not when sleeping or if you fall asleep in the day. The best thing you can do now is go and see your GP/ family doctor.
gp or call hosp
I have asthma and this is one of the problems i have.
Go to your doctor, this is very imprtant, just say you're having trouble breathing at night and they'll discuss how you do the rest of the day or when you play sports and exercise. They may ge you to do a peak flow test (blowing into a tube) or may get you in for a chest x-ray. Nothing to worry about.
Try sleeping with a couple of extra pilllows so yhat you're sitting up a little bit, this helps me. but definately go and see your gp.
it sounds like you have asthma, but its nothing to worry about when you've got it controlled.

Thats the most important thing, to get it under control.
Go out for a walk..
take deep breaths of the fresh air and calm down..
look around and observe whats around you..
and be happy that you are you and your alive and have lots of friends that care for you :)
