If Lost 18 units of blood after damagin an artery in childbirth, what are the chances of a full recovery?

Currently in intensive care, fully coherhent and able to sit up, get out of bed, but what are risks of infectiona nd long term effects after losing so much blood.

but humans replace blood everyday. and a female loses half a cup a months so yeah!
If she is able to do all these things, her chances of recovery are excellent. The infection factor is the greater concern. As long as no infection is present and it can remain this way, she will recover with no after effects.
