Has anyone been on the INNP (course for dylexia/ADDH etc similar to the Dore programme) or the full programme?
or any books with exercises and details for the moro reflex etc?

Sorry I have not nor read any books, I know that dyslexia is a big problem in life and suffer from it myself. Reading I find fairly easy but spelling goes out of the window.
I have really been working on my spelling recently and every time I misspell a word on the computer I write out the correct word off Spell check I then study the word and brake it down with phrases i can remember
I always struggle with August but now remember it by taking the first letter from each of these words

Guns
Under
Strong
Threats
It is funny how easy I have found spelling since using this method. Hope this helps
