looking for supplements that could help me or something
Answers:
vitamin B12 and vitamin E 500mg. Great energy boost and not bad for the body either.
more sleep might be better
You could be sleeping bad or have a sleeping disorder.
If you work nights the sleeping disorder could be more of a probability.
There is a medication ( and it is pricey, even with insurance) that can help you feel more alert for people with Narcolepsy and shift work sleep disorder called Provigil.
i take iron tablets and they perk me up no end. vitamin b is good. loose some weight if u need to. eat more healthy food.
Have you been checked for thyroid ?
Hi,
You should definately consider taking some classes in Tai Chi, this will help to increase your energy levels and teach you how to relax without having to depend on any supplements. After a few weeks of lessons you will feel a marked improvement.
Good luck,
Try taking iron tablets, or berocca
working long hours makes you tired and so does being fed up with the job that makes you work long hours. Any chance of changing it?
TRY SANATOGEN TONIC DELBOY, WORKS WONDERS FOR ME!
eat fruit and veg. not getting enough vitamins can cause you to feel tired. stress can also make you tired.
alternatively, take a break, go on holiday and forget work.
coka cola, pepsi, ornage joice, milk, starawberry juice..
Maybe you don't have diabetes. maybe you are just working too much. There are many reasons to be tired besides diabetes. One of them is burning yourself out- working too much, not eating right, not getting enough sleep. I need 10 hours of sleep every night and if I don't get it, I feel tired all day. When i do get it, I feel fine.
If your married, ask your wife if you snore. Sleep disturbance such as snoring can not only effect your well being but give you serious medical problems. Exercise and a balanced diet will increase your energy levels. No need for vitamin sup's etc. Exercise + Balanced diet will also reduce the risk of type 2 Diabetes.
If you work in an office, try working out 2 to 4 times a week. Sitting in the office makes your body feel lethargic whilst your brain has to run top speed. When you work out you'll find you have more energy and you will be capable of clearer thinking and dealing with more things at the same time. Your body just needs it to function right!
have you been checked for anemia? that will also make you tired all the time, an iron supplement helps with that, but the best thing is to get enough sleep
