I have the thought. but i don't know will i be able to quit succesfuly anot.
Yes! I am definitley trying here, I was doing SO good for the past week, and then I slipped and had one, however since that one I haven't really been craving it, and that was a while ago.

Dont quit smoking.

It has nothing harm. Even it is harmful, it is a little bit. 0.001% harm. So no need to quit.

Scientist havent fully proof that it is bad and they are exagerating it.

Anyway, smoking is cool. Dont you think so?

I know I need to but the problem is I don't really want to. After a person smokes for so long it actually becomes a part of that persons routine and daily life. Quitting actually changes who you are. People who have never smoked don't understand this.
