a remedie for my spots, not expensive?

they are red and go pussie they mainly occur on my fore head chin and nose. Also some on my cheeks its not acne.

Go to the drugstore, there's a lot of medicated creams that should help you. Ask the Pharmacist they will help you with the right stuff.

If it is not acne it could be mrsa staph and can be deadly if left untreated ot if the puss from one of these gets into an open sore somewhere else best bet is to got o the doctor.
