Has anyone out there taken One A Day Weight Smart Multiviatamin?
Just wondering what kind of results people had taking this multivitamin. I have never taken a multivitamin before and I thought this would be a good choice for me since I am watching my weight, and this one has green tea that is suppose to boost your metabolism. One thing i noticed is that is does contain 15mgs of caffine. Why would a multivitamin have caffine in it? Anyway, just wondering also how does it make you feel...more energy, stamina, ect.
Thanks a bunch!

I took it for about six months and switched over recently to a chewable multiitamin. I was probably taking the Weght smart vitamin on average everyother day because It would forget sometimes or just not have a glass of water handy. I did not notice any benefits to my weight management. There was no noticeable increase in energy or metabolism. I much prefer the Jamieson berry flavoured chewable vitamins because they tast like flintstone vitamins and therefore take them more regularly.
The One a Day Weight Smart vitamin is not going to make you drop 5 pounds. If you take it regularly it may give you more energy to get you motivated to go to the gym, but it is not substitute for exercise.
I take it. I don't notice a huge difference, but everyone should take a multi vitamin. Green Tea has caffeine in it, that why it is in there.
I was taking it for awhile until I was told by a dr you have to watch all vitamins over the counter as some of their nutrients are not readily available to the body and therefore never really get absorbed. Thus you are taking a vitamin for no nutritous effects at all and spending money for no reason. I get vitamins from my chiropractor now.
