Im not a doctor so ill give you my personal opinion.

If you didnt know by now you had an allergic reaction, even though you have been eating them your whole life, your body changes and does other wierd *. If you a some seriously pain then you should make an appointment for the doctor. Since its not life threating then thats the best thing to do.

I also had an allergic reaction but it was shrimp even though i have been eating them since i was little kid.
It should go away by morning if it was the acid that did it. If not see a Dr. you could of developed a late in life allergy.
See a doctor.
If it was a fresh tomato that you ate there could have been some pesticide or other chemical on it. I would rinse your mouth out with water after eating to keep it from getting more irritated. If it doesn't clear up I would go to the doctor to be on the safe side.
I would suggest consulting your doctor, as a previous person mentioned, it could be an allergic reaction. If you do not wish to create bills, stay away from tomatoes.
