Are English people proud of their Health System?
What do you think about the fact English people have to come to France to be cured? What kind of country can't even treat its own people?
Answers:
I think the one in Moldova is slightly worst
You've got it all wrong buddy.
Outsourcing is a standard business process.
We invented public health care, the National heath service is envied around the world.
idk i doubt it..

I'm happy that it's free, that's a good system. There are problems too of course.
It's all relative.
Some Irish patients are sent to England for treatment.
As for the French health system, how many French people died in that last fatal heat wave? 3,000 or so?
The National Health Service was once the envy of the world but is now staggering under this Government's casual attitude to the needs of the people of this country.
Im english, and i know nobody who had travelled to France to get treatment. The NHS may have problems with debt, but I assure you that the treatment we recieve is exceptional. 'What kind of country cant treat its own people?', you ask, well, what kind of country let people who cant afford healthcare just rot. For shame.
I think that the British public are both annoyed and dismayed with NHS as money seems to be channelled into the wrong areas.
our health system is s h i t. waiting lists are stupid and its more about targets and paperwork when it should be about people
its better than not havin one at all, but i think it could definitely be done better
what the fu*k are you talking about sh*t for brains?
I cant imagine any one in england other than illegal immigrants would go to france for health care. france is a f*ck up with fu*ing horrible smelly ignorant f*cks for citizens - why would I want someone like that operating on me? I simply wouldnt. You're probably experiencing an influx of people that are illegal immigrants in the UK going to france for health care saying they cant get it in the UK cos they are illegal. The french being as f*cking stupid as they are will treat anyone. All you primitive people probably do is shove garlic up peoples arses anyway.
there is nothing wrong with the english health care system - if you're poor then you rely on a perfectly good but slightly slow free health service - if you're rich like me you simply get the chequebook out and pay for the best healthcare in the world.
and by the way - why the bollox would anyone want to go to a country for healthcare when it manages to kill several thousand people every year when the fu*king sun comes out - you're sh*t.
i am very happy with it. yes it has problems but when my mum (who lives in england) was found to have breast cancer within weeks she had the lump removed and when ready started her chemo. she is now fine.
i now live in the usa and often worry what would happen if i got breast cancer as i have seen many storys of people not being treated because they do not have enough money or the wrong insurance.
that is somthing i never had to worry about when i was in england.
we were till we found out is was 19th on the list of best health services. now we are embarrassed by it.
my husband was treated for a heart attack while on holiday in France , the treatment was very good.
What authority do you speak for. I have been to hospital twice with pneumonia, and I spent three months in skull traction with a broken neck. Am now fully recovered. All thanks to our health service. You don't really know what you are talking about so I suggest you shut up until you do. Our NHS saves countless numbers of lives and treats millions of people every year including many of your countrymen probably, and for free. So button up Frenchie and don't come to England.
Your assumption on English people going to France to be cured is totally wrong we have good health service and its are health service that provides a service to all i think you may be talking about something totally different.
oh your so blinkered, and you beleive the stuff they print in newspapers.yes the system isnt as good as it should be, becaue its rescources are being diverted (on humanitarian grounds) to help those more needy..not the rich and greedy.
and no one has to go to france, we can get treated anywhere within the EU.
and, im sorry to spoil your illusions, but its still teh best medical health system in the world..isnt it?
Our health system is great if some one where to come here on holiday and were to get sick at least they would receive treatment
they wouldn't be asked if they had insurance whilst they are lying there bleeding to death.
Ah den't kneh oh but I rawthuh thin k seh oh.
Dont know about the English but in Scotland we have a good health service
In an emergency the NHS is second to none. Beyond that it is terrible. I cannot understand why doctors are still working 20 hour days, when other newly qualified docs cannot find jobs. Hospitals are still closing, nurses are being fired, yet the managers are being paid a fortune, gives me a head ache thinking about it. [I am English]
of course not, and the results are front of every body.
In my case Im for about 4.5 years to now what I have, because the dezorganization is so big and fatal, that doctors between himselfs they do not comunicate, to say these pacient or that or that, needs that, and that. Every body is like the wind. And it is a shame need to go abroad to have treatment.
You really have annoyed quite a lot of people, or was that your plan.
I work for the NHS in Mental Health. I am very proud of the service that the NHS provides and feel good about myself for being able to be apart of this service. We frontline NHS staff take enough grief from people without you getting on the band wagon.
I thought that the NHS were paying for the patients to go abroad for operations? If this is the case then why is the NHS so bad? They are trying to solve the problem of long waiting lists for operations i do not think they are doing anything bad by doing this after all they are paying for the service. I have nothing but praise for our health service i have had a skin condition for 11 years that has required frequent specialist treatment in hospital and lots of visits to my GP and the doctors have been a pleasure to deal with.
