Your Doctor should be discussing this with you and advising you. If you just had a desk job, I would guess about 3 months. But, it sounds like you do HEAVY labor. He will advise you as you progress in your cardiac rehab program. The key should be to progress slowly and see what tolerance level you have for exertion. I would guess 4 to 6 months if you are good and faithful to your rehab.
That will be almost entirely up to your doctors.
In the meantime, while you recover, read 'The Miracle Heart' by Jean Carper. It is a gold mine of info on how to take care of your pump.
