I'm in serious pain, what is it?

About 25 minutes ago I started to get really bad abdominal pain, followed by diarrhea and also back pain. Anybody know what this is? I also have the shakes and I'm sweating like crazy. And no, I'm not in withdrawl.

It could be appendicitis. I'd go to the ER. Although, I had very similar symptoms and went 2 months ago. Guess what I was diagnosed with? Abdominal pain, but they did not know from what even after they did cat scans.
Sounds like food poisoning to me, go the doctor and get off the computer.

sounds like food poisoning to me too. see a doctor. and on the way think of what you have eaten. if you took pills or something take the labels along - it will help them determine the antidote if there is a problem.
