Dehydration or something else?
I went rollerblading Monday evening (Aug. 28) and went significantly farther and faster than I normally do. I had worked an 11-hour day, but other than that, I had absolutely no problems. When I got home, I felt really sick and drank a glass of water before basically collapsing on the floor. I ended up laying there for about 45 minutes because every time I tried to get up I felt like I was going to throw up. I had a bad headache and was felt very dizzy/lightheaded. I took a cool shower and drank a bit more water before going to bed. When I woke up the next morning, I still had a headache and was still getting dizzy frequently. I went to work and at one point got so lightheaded that I ended up on my knees. On Wednesday I started drinking a lot more water than I normally do. Thursday I almost fell of a ladder and ended up going home sick so that I didn't hurt myself. Today I am still getting dizzy frequently, still have a constant headache, and I feel really worn out. What could this be?

It does sound like dehydration.
Unfortunately, thirst isn't a reliable gauge of the body's need for water, especially in children and older adults. A better barometer is the color of your urine: clear or light-colored urine means you're well-hydrated, whereas a dark yellow or amber color usually signals dehydration. Other signs and symptoms vary, depending on the degree of dehydration, which may be mild, moderate or severe.
Mild to moderate dehydration is likely to cause:
Excessive thirst
Sleepiness or tiredness — children are likely to be less active than usual
Dry mouth
Decreased urine output — fewer than six wet diapers a day for infants and eight hours or more without urination for older children and teens
Few or no tears when crying
Muscle weakness
Headache
Dizziness or lightheadedness
Severe dehydration, a medical emergency, can cause:
Extreme thirst
Extreme fussiness or sleepiness in infants and children; irritability and confusion in adults
Very dry mouth, skin and mucous membranes
Lack of sweating
Little or no urination — any urine that is produced will be dark yellow or amber
Sunken eyes
Shriveled and dry skin that lacks elasticity and doesn't "bounce back" when pinched into a fold
In infants, sunken fontanels — the soft spot on the top of a baby's head
Low blood pressure
Rapid heart beat
Fever
In the most serious cases, delirium or unconsciousness
If u are still feeling like this in the morning, go to the ER. You may need IV's to get hydrated.

well you didn't put your age,but could their be a possibilty of pregancy.another thing it could be is maybe your iron is low and you maybe anemic.
Have you eaten much? Do you take any vitamins? I don't think that your dehydrated.(Are you peeing ok?). Why in the hell would you work 11 hours, and then "go significantly farther and faster than you normally do"? How far do you "normally" go? How much further did you go this time? How OLD are you? How much do you WEIGH? Do you have any physical conditions that may play into this senerio that you haven't said?(Are you anorexic-bulimic. diabetic, etc?). cummon, get real with the question, and maybe you'll get real answers!
