Zinc - cofactor in enzyme systems, notably in carbonic anhydrase: H2O +CO2 +Carbonic A - H2CO3
Manganese - cofactor for some enzymes
Cobalt - cofactor for transaminations
selenium - antioxidant
chromium - cofactor for glucose metabolism
iodine - T3 + T4 - thyroid function
Fluoride - strengthens teeth and bones
