Can people develop "wandering eye"?
Lately it seems like my eyes have been doing wierd things and i can't explain it, would poor vision, drinking river water, sickness, or somthing else contribute or cause something like this?
Answers:
I am not a doctor so I can't say for sure but wandering eye is typically caused from weak muscles around the eyes -- glasses and sometimes surgery can correct this -- see a opthamologist (eye doctor) to be sure; the quicker you address these issues the better for your vision
nope
"Strabismus, commonly referred to as crossed or wandering eyes, occurs when one or both eyes turns in or out, up or down. The condition is caused by the brain's inability to coordinate both eyes simultaneously. The brain is the master control center of vision, and somewhere early in a child's visual development, the brain failed to develop "binocularily," or the ability to use both eyes at the same time. The condition usually develops before a child is two but can occur as late as age six. " http://www.childrensvision.com/crossed_eyes.htm
So to answer your question (if I go by this website's comments) the answer is no.
Do you get enough "deep" sleep? Are you taking adequate vitamins/minerals by supplementing your diet with them? Are you drinking safe water? Are you over nervous, or training your eyes to see too many things at once? Are other people there experiencing the same vision problem? Does it affect your employment and income?
You need to have a doctor diagnose your case.
