What are some good stretches for your arms, wrists, and hands to do before drumming?

Answers:
One thing I sometimes do before stretching or playing is to wash my hands with warm/hot water. That helps to get them "warmed-up".

Stretch your wrists by gently pulling each hand with the other in every direction. At each point, hold the stretch for several seconds before moving on to a new position.

Afterwards, gently shake them out.

Make sure to stretch and shake out your arms in a similar manner.
grab ur sticks and twist your wrists...it helps me
