Ever since I was 3 years old my right knee has been hurting me. What do I do ?

I just cracked my right knee cap and its a big thing so mention it to your doctors. You may have a arthrighteous in your knee.I know i dont know how to spell arthrighteous. But it is a serious injury and if you dont mention it it could get worse like mine. I thought it was nothing but i needed surgery and crutches.
what the x-ray show? if it's nothing with the bone, then maybe there's something wrong with ur tendon or ligament or muscle around. go to specialist doctor for best answer
