At night, I cant go to sleep because I itch...?

I am a very clean teen guy, in showers I scrub, but I always itch so bad! Anything I can do?

Answers:
The area that itches... is it all-over, generalized itching or is it only on one area of your body? Do you have skin irritation that itches or does there seem to be no known cause?

There are several diseases that can cause generalized itching (internal cancers, liver problems, etc). If you have ruled out an allergic reaction to something and dermatitis, then you should probably see your doctor... Especially if it occurs during/ after a hot bath or shower.
Go to the gay corner and find a gay hooker.. he will scrach you
use lotion, soak in a bath, with oil. (but dont light candles, people might start to talk..)
get some better sheets.and make sure its not becuase ur to warm in ur bed i get like that sometimes and i just need to have it cold to sleep good
Do you eat cookies in bed?
Eating cookies in bed with mean the crumbs will get in your sheets and then in your pajamas, and then that would make you itch.
Maybe that's the cause.
anit-itch cream is the answer
If it's dry skin, there can be reasons ranging from too much AC/Heat to a fungus like jock itch if it is localized to one area, to dryness caused by diabetes (one of the minor symptoms of diabetes).

See a doctor. Or use a mild lotion at night. Try something with no alcohol, pertrolatum or mineral oil.
Yeah you can see a doctor or a dermatologist.
Some soaps can dry out your skin, and make you itch, try using a soap with with aloe, maybe Tone. And put lotion on after showering. Good Luck!
you are allergic to something in your surroundings?
make sure your skin is loisturised and take a antihystamine, tis will help reduce the itching, it may be worth considering having allergy tests.
May be you have some skin infection...go to a skin doc.
It sounds like it is your bed sheets. Does your detergent or fabric softener have fragrance? I am allergic to fragrances :( Try changing your detergent or frabric softener to non fragrance and see if that helps. If that isn't it, it is something you are wearing in the day..a cologne, body spray, soap with a fragrance? Or maybe you scrub too hard when you shower? That can irritate your skin. I use itch creams like Gold Bond or Cortisone. That seems to do the trick!
Oil of olay makes an in shower body lotion and if you have severe dry skin could be the soap you're using. I am allergic to Lever 2000 so I can't use it anymore. Plus it could be the laundry soap you're using that can also irritate your skin. Try washing your sheets in detergent for sensitive skin.
maybe it's the scrubbing. you can over do it. you can be sensitive to your soap...you need to use lotion even if you don't think you are dry..it can be a sensitivity to the soap that your sheets are washed in, or to the sheets themselves. it can also be an allergy to something you are ingesting. try simple things, and if you get no relief from changing your shower soap, your detergent, etc..head to the doctor. they'll help you figure it out.
good luck!
sounds like dry skin when you shower try to shower with cooler water.. & then get a anti itch cream from your local drug store & put on IT will help
You may have scabies, an allergy to washing powder or dermatitis.
To be sure, you would have to go to a pharmacist or doctor.
Scabies are caught very easily. Have you been sleeping at someone Else's house? Have you been in a bed that isn't yours? They are little mites that burrow under your skin and irritate the hell out of you, especially when you are warm (like in bed). If that's what your problem is, it is easy to fix. The lotion is bought over the counter and is pretty cheap. But you MUST follow it exactly. Including washing all your bed linen in HOT water. You may be able to see the mites yourself. They look like little tiny splinters under your skin and love to sit in the web area of your fingers and wrists and elbows. If you can be bothered, take a look at this website.

If that isn't it, try changing washing detergent. I used to itch and itch until I was going mental. As soon as I changed to a sensitive washing powder, ta da..no more itching!
You didn't say if you had any rash or not. Dermatitis can look like a few different things and can come up in any areas. I get mine on my elbows, knees and chin (yes, very embarrassing indeed!! Lol) but only in warm weather.
I hope this helps you. It must be driving you bonkers!
use a more gentle soap and use anti itch cream
Clean is not the problem or solution. Some soaps do tend to dry you out.Find a less abrasive soap something preferrably with a moisterizer or aloe. And use a lotion that does not have perfumes in it.
