Does anyone have good, first hand experience of the usefulness of anti tnf treatment in ankylosing spondylitis
Any anecdotal evidence welcomed. Basically, does it actually work!

There is good evidence that drugs like Infliximab and Etanercept (both anti-tnf meds) do help patients with Ankylosing Spondylitis. It is a bit of a breakthrough for those patients I believe, and while I don't have first-hand knowledge, I do know that it is one of the most hopeful treatments around.good luck to you!
