If a man is sentenced to death row but gets a heart attack, will they try save his life?
If a man gets the death sentence but gets a life threatning disease and is gonna die before his sentence is served, will they try save his life?
Answers:
Yes and they will get a physical analysis before they die too.
yes they will.. for the same dumb reason that they sterilize the needle of the injection... lol, it's the right of the prisoner, even though he's on death row.
Damn right they will. He's not getting off that lightly. ;o)
yep.we also feed and shelter them for months and years while they sit there.
Why not like the old days.
crime
trial
hanging
all in a day.
They absolutely will. They must do everything possible to keep him in good health until such time as he can be executed in the manner prescribed by the court!
Yes, unfortunately. Dumb system.
That's why all death-row inmates are always on suicide watch, too. How stupid, eh?
I know, I saw this on TV. How dumb!
Our taxes our work!!
Yes, they will.
yes they will try to save his life.then they may decide over going ahead with the sentence.
they will for sure!!
Yes they will cuz the family will go after the prison for no giving him medical treatment causing his death
Yes they will.
All inmates recieve medical treatment regardless of their status. Ironically, inmates usually get better medical care than their victims. Insane isn't it.
the person has to be certified by a doctor that he is fit before he is hanged
Ironically YES, They say that it is because the persons death sentence could be overturned and he would live 60 more years.
I say they don't want to get gipped out of an execution.
i hope not
Dear Scarface
Even though a Man, or a Woman may be Sentenced to Death and put upon Death Row within any given State in the USA, everybody seems to come to the conclusion that, that person will automatically go to the Death Chamber.
It is perfectly true to say that it is very rare for a State Govenor to Commute a Death Sentence to that of Life Imprisonment ( With, or Without Parole ), or to give total release and freedom.
For your information, were a person is placed upon Death Row the United States Correctional Authorities are required to keep any inmate alive and in a good state of health, until such point of time as the State Govenor set's the Date for Execution and even on the Date of the actual Execution; The United States Correctional Authorities are still required to keep that person alive until the point of time is reached within the Death Chamber for that person's death under sentence is reached.
Even if a Person on Death Row is suffering from a Heart Condition, or any other Medical Condition, that person as to be kept alive upto the Day, Date & Time of such Execution, because right up to the stated point of time for the Execution, the Execxution can be Stayed, or Halted upon legal grounds e.g. Appeal, or further Appeal's.
However, under United States Law, the only legal way a Condemed Man, or Woman Sentenced to Death on Death Row can prevent The Correctional Authorities from keeping him, or her alive is if he, or she waves his, or her Legal Rights to receive Medical Treatment for a Heart Attack, or any other Life Threatening, or Terminal Illness.
For those who are trying to contemplate escape from actual Execution who is on Death Row, I can inform you that before you go any further, no Condemed Person Sentenced to Death as the Legal Right under United States Law to waves there own Rights to being Executed. So if any person, as, or had this in mind, then forget it.
I therefore trust that this answer's your medical question.
unfortunately, yes.stupid waste of money
yes. i think they will.
ofcourse,
how r u doing my names brandon..the answer 2 your ? is yes they half to help and save him its by law that everyone seeks medical attetion no matter what the case is, after his heartattack if he was ok then he would go straight to death row only if he had his heartattack on his deathrow date.
