I have been diagnosed with sarcoidosis, anyone else have this lung disease?

I just had a lymph node biopsy where the dr ended up removing 4 very large nodes, still waiting to hear of the outcome. Just wondering if anyone else is going this and how you are dealing with it and what "cures" are there?

There does not seem to be any way to prevent sarcoidosis. Some good info at the link below.
