i have this hard mass of yellowish substance coming out of my skin ?

like it usually comes out of my skin at the face and the back .do you know any remedy for this i went to the dermatologist he suggested a few pills ..but that dint stop it .it bumps out of the skin quite regularly so i have to scratch it and remove it which results in a scar ..it seems like dry sebum.

also i have acne .

This sounds a lot like Cystic Acne - nothing to play around with. I know you need to stay out of the sun with many of the topical treatments they can give you or sun exposure can make the condition worse. Get a second opinion from a different doctor and see if they recommend the same medication. If they do inform them that you have tried that type and they can possibly give you a different remedy.

i feel sorry for you that must totally suck. but go to the dermatoligist they can usually help.

If nothing else works, have your doctor check you for high insulin (fasting blood insulin test); systemic yeast syndrome; and gluten and lactose intolerance.

My husband says he used to ooze a yellowish substance, and he still has subcutaneous cysts from boils that never burst. He knew he was lactose intolerant, but recently found out about the gluten (wheat, rye, barley and possibly oats) thing.
