How do youget rid of a heat rash. I got it from laying in the tanning bed.?
Answers:
time, and keep it dry
I think it might be the tanning bed.
You may have picked up a body fungus...buy some Selsen or blue dandruff shampoo, use it as a body wash for two weeks when you shower...if it is a fungus, it will disappear. IF it is red specks, then you have an alergy to something, perhaps the lotion? good luck
It could be anything. Most likely not the lotion, because the rash would be everywhere. Use a soothing aloe lotion and that should help with the rash. Or Aveeno lotion.
It's more than likely from the tanning bed. Just put some aloe vera on it and that should soothe the "hot" or "heated" feeling and it will soothe the rash also.
what lotion do you use and do you know what level bed you are currently using?
NOT TRYING TO SCARE YOU BUT SERIOUSLY YOU MIGHT HAVE A STAFF INFECTION. IF IS NOT TREATED YOU COULD DIE FROM TOXIC SHOCK!
The best remedy for heat rash I have found is Gold Bond Medicated Power. in a few days it should be gone. Apply twice a day to the affected area and try to keep clean and dry otherwise
could be both, maybe the bed was dirty when u laid on it. next time u go tanning bring hand sanitizer and put it on a tissue and rub the bed down and let it dry for like 2 minutes before you go on again. in the mean time the excessive sweating could be an addition to your heat rash Try putting some tea tree oil on to south it and some aloe vera. There is ointment that you can get for anti itch rash i think its called bacetracine and it will help as well. Next time you go tanning shower after words immeditely. The sweat might be clogging your pores and causing u to get this rash. hope this works!
