Stiffness in neck and back, Includes headaches and dizziness/lightheadedness...

Has happened for over a month now. Went to Neurologist and gastroentinologist had stomach problems beleive to be hpylori but he says that wouldn't affect back and neck pain. So why am i having all this pains and stiffness. I went for MRI the other day and they said everything was normal. Its really depressing me and stressfull to not have answers. So what else could be the problem?anyone have any ideas...the lightheadedness was getting pretty bad for days and days at a time..

Have they checked you for MS (multiple Sclerosis)? Sometimes that can be hard to detect in the beginning stages, Also have they checked you for infection like Meningitis? I would ask for a complete blood panel and if that doesn't give you some answers, I would ask for a spinal tap to make sure it is not MS.
