What's the best food to eat for creating harder stools?

For me, anything with bran clogs me up. Wheat fiber can be constipating.
Apples also create harder stools.
Probably rice. When you have diarrhea, it´s well known that the best way to stop it it´s to drink the water of cooked rice.
Dont eat any Fruit and Vegetables ,and only eat Meat.You will get Diseases like Appendicitis, Ulcers, Stomach Cancers etc. There will be no Ruffage in youre Diet, But you will have Hard Stools and it will be Hard for you to Defecate. You will be Constipated all the time very unhealthy. Make sure you eat enough Ruffage so that youre Stools is Brown all the time and not Blackish in Colour. Go have a good one a nice Poo Poo.
