What are the chances of gettin infected with HIV from pre-seminal Fluid(precum)?

I fooled around with another guy and he rubbed some of his pre-*** over the head of my penis. It wasnt alot though.What are the chances of contracting HIV. Im not saying that he does have HIV but just for me to know of how big a risk I was. Thank You guys
