find all the information on the Hay System by William Howard Hay MD from the 1920s ish. and follow it religiously.

Latest exponent (although she does not admit it) is Gillian McKeith of You Are What You Eat fame.

look at her website, get the book and follow it.

I did 4 weeks ago, feel fantastic, my skin is greatly improved and I have, as a nice consequence, lost 21 lbs in weight.

good luck with it.

interestingly, no Dr of conventional medicine will mention diet in their treatnments.

The only thing u can do is nurse your stomache and be gentle with it. Drink peppermint teas, have tums & pepto on hand, it is so annoying. I have very tummy problem u can think of.
Try eating normal foods, drink lots of wine and buy a b*tt plug.
peppermint or ginger tea has worked wonders. You can also take slippery elm capsules (3 - 4x a day) which really helps alot too.

I've found onions, peppers, eggplant are all triggers for me. Keep a food diary to narrow it down.

Dairy kills me as well - but sometimes I get a slice or two of pizza knowing its going to kill me later!
try cutting down on coffee, pizza's and chocolates and alcohol as well. These things were bothering my stomach and as soon as I cut down, my stomach is feeling better.
not fruits and vegetables
Make sure you ge plenty of fiber in your diet, fresh fruits and vegetables are a good source. If you don't get enough in your diet, you might consider taking a fiber supplement such as Metamucil, which is a natural vegetable fiber (psyllium husk fiber). The store brands are just as good, Wallmart has one (Equate) that costs less than half the price of Metamucil. Stay away from meat and especially dairy products, and drink plenty of fluids, especially water, but not tap water unless you use a good water filter, because the chlorine in tap water kills the good bacteria in your digestive system. You might try an herbal colon clense too.
