I dont think its an STD it probably is a kidney infection or a bladder infection. Kidney infections can be really dangerous to your health and the infection can actually spread into your blood stream and make you VERY sick go to the doctor immediatley.

Sounds like a bladder infection to me. If it hurts really bad, go to the ER and get it checked out. If not, wait and make an appointment with your doctor and get a UA (Urine Analysis ) done. Good Luck!
