My Grand ma is 65.Her eye sight is getting bad. Are there exercises for eyes ?If so what are they? Thank you.?
Answers:
No, there are no exercises to help, get your grandma examined for developing cataract.AS well fundus exam. to find out if any disease exists, or it is just an aging process.
I have heard that smoking "herb" helps!
Make her do 100 press ups every morning. Not much good for her eye sight but OK for her arms.
Dolly - don't you dare think that 65 is getting old.
DON'T YOU DARE!
I'm 64. . . . . . . . . . . . .
It depends on what is causing her decrease in vision. She needs to be examine by an optometrist.
If it's just near vision, it's a common fact of aging.
She could be already developing cataracts, that can be removed once bad enough.
There are also a number of systemic diseases that could be causing her eyesight to deteriorate - high blood pressure, diabetes, etc.
