Are these anemia symptoms?

My girlfriend has been complaining of frequent headaches, stomach aches, and weak hair. She's been diagnosed with Iron Deficiency Anemia, and I know that headaches are a symptom of it. But could stomach aches and weak hair also be symptoms?

those are all symptoms of anemia, as well as tiredness, and being cold when those around you aren't.
