any advice on seizures?
okay, i had a seizure and i went to my doctor and took two tests. my eeg results showed several spikes but my doctor said normal ppl can have spikes. he asked me whether i wanted to take medicine or not and, me not liking to take pills, said no. My question(s)? 1. How am i to know if im epileptic? 2. if you have been known to have seizures, dont that mean all those spikes are seizures?

You should be asking these questions from your doctor, not getting weird advice from people who don't know what they are talking about. Do you want someone who knows what they are talking about (your doctor) or someone who thinks they might have a friend who had a cousin with something like it. Serious questions deserve proper answers, something you will not get one here.
I had to take those little pills, several years ago, and they didn't do anything to me. I only had to take them for a year, though.

ive had seizures before. alot of em.
i never went to the doctor...
it took me a while but i healed. i hope you wil too
if you have 3 or more seiures you can be listed as a epileptic. i am not sure what the spikes mean but that is when you are more prone to have one i am on meds for 5yrs now doing good.
