Taser.
Ooooh. I was gonna mention CS, but I like the Taser idea.
dont let that stop you. of course, leave that as the last resort, but other than that, corner him in time out.
make him write 50 sentences "I will not be mean".
take away his favorite toys, tv ect. explain to him if he is going to dish it out, he might get seriously hurt if the other child being bullied desides to fight back.
the worse you make it now, the more apt he will not do it again.
Taser...
redirection, get his mind focused on other things. find something he really likes i.e cars, trucks, animals, blocks, legos, coloring etc.. and get him interested in other things besides being a bully.
There are other forms of discipline besides spanking. Make him stand in a corner, sit in a chair, remove his toys, no tv/video games, no playing with friends, etc...
The purpose of discipline is to teach that bad behavior has consequences.
Removing something he enjoys,or making him do something he doesn't want to do, is a consequence.
well u could always go with the hot sauce on the tongue burns like crazy and no marks or major trauma.
duct tape might work too J/K
Will being bruised land him in the hospital? If not, spank him! Of course, I don't know if you are a parent or his teacher etc.
