is the virus located only in genital area skin or also in body liquids and is non-bruised/scratched skin resistant to partner's virus?
Also is it true that virus is actually smaller than the condom pores?

Once you have HPV you always have it, it can lay there without symptions and still spread it to others, avoid unprotected contact using condoms can help provent spreading it but is not 100% the virus can be located out side the area of condom contact.
