The ears,I get these bumps behind my ears that get about the size of a pea before you can pop them .?

I wash behind my ears every time i shower which is most times twice a day,could it be oil glands,When you can pop them, the fluid that comes out really has a rancid,musky smell.I get one about twice a year in the same spots every time.

Go see a doctor and quit grossing me out with your ear nastiness.
If you have something irritating/rubbing the back of your ear - like, say, earring posts or if you wear glasses, that may be doing it. And it just may be a clogged gland or an ingrown hair, nothing you can do about it but pop it. Plenty of people get them.
ok it could just be a pimple. You can get them anywhere. Im not sure about the smell thing but if it bothers you that much ask your family doctor to make sure its nothing serious.
Those are called sebaceous cysts.
