So any ideas on good foods to eat if i have the following conditions?
okay, i have diabetes, i'm lactose intolerant, i can't eat tomatoes, strong onions, peppers, or any other kind of acidic food because they either literally burn my mouth or give me mouth ulcers. is there anything safe to eat?

I just went through a similar situation with a family member who I had to "re-learn" how to cook for. He also has congestive heart failure so you can imagine how difficult it is to feed him!
