PLEAASEE take the boy to the emergency room immediately. This may indicate many factors some of which can be life threatening.

Please don't take it lightly or try to self diagnose.

Well...fever and vomiting DO NOT obviously indicate asthma or coughing. Fever usually comes from 2 things either infection or viral. If two in the home have it, it is probably viral. Childrens tylenol should help with the 3 year old. Infants need a dr.
I would call your Doctor ASAP in reference to the infant. Babies under 3 months of age with a fever need to be seen right away.

Are they having problems breathing? If they are having problems breathing take them to the Emergency Room Right NOW!!. If you think they might have pneumonia, take them to the Urgent Care Clinic today or tomorrow.

If they are not keeping food or water down, take them to the Urgent Care Clinic, make sure that they are not getting dehydrated!!
