Whats the chance to get infected with HIV, if one infected woman first touches inside her vegina and then the tip penis of a man with same hand? (Consider that there is no much time gap ). whatz the minimum time required to identify that a person is infected after the infection has occured. whats the accurate test method to confirm the infection?

Not wanting to start new legends and myths about HIV, I would say with some reluctance-it could probably happen. It would be hard to determine the likelihood. It's not exactly the usual reported means of HIV transmission. It could depend, to some extent, on the viral load of the woman, the amount of vaginal fluid on her hand and whether she put her hand to the opening of the penis. If all the right conditions are present, it could probably happen.

A PCR test could identify virus in blood at about 10 days-this is not currently the standard of testing but it's being offered as a means of very early detection-if one presents with symptoms of acute HIV infection. It would then be confirmed with the Elisa and Western Blot at the appropriate time but it could lead to very early treatment-which would be a great thing.

Tell her to keep her fingers out of her Veginal
Pretty good. I believe it is six months before the test and with a blood sample. Take care and don't spread it around.
