Continue with b-12. B-12 deficiency can cause peripheral neuropathy. I have tingling, electric sensations throughout my entire body associated with fibromyalgia. Other symptoms as it progresses is pain, muscle weakness. I suggest you see a immunologist.

Have you gotten tested for MS?
Have you thought maybe they are panic attacks?
yes, i would look into panic or anxiety attacks or could be some type of vitamin or mineral deficiency
try taking some vit. B6 supplements and see if that helps. a deficiency in B6 can cause neuropathy, especially if you are taking meds known to lower B6 levels, like oral contraceptives or isonaizid (TB medication).
testing for MS comes to my mind
Don't give up, keep going to Dr's until someone finds something to help you. You could have a number of different syndromes from fibromyalgia to RSD. Both of these are very hard to diagnose but both cause a tingling/numbness in different parts of the body.
Have you had your blood pressure monitored? Changes in blood pressure can alter sensations.
does it get hard to breath? if so, its probably an anxiety attack. go back to another doc and get a second opinion
