Just cleanse gently and see your doctor for examination and perhaps culture. Even if it is yeast, it's not contagious, and easy to treat.
You need to make shure you rinse all the soap out when you take a shower. Take a q-tip with some rubbing alcohol to clean the diseases out of it.
