Any one get silent migraines?

I get migraines and take Imitrex, but I've never heard the term "silent migraine."

I get something that my doctor diagnosed as a cluster migraine. It is like a ice pick that shoots through your head for about five seconds, and then is gone. After she got the pain under control, she put me on anti-anxiety medication, because she determined that the headaches were brought on by stress. Go see your doctor and get a diagnosis. Good Luck!
