Arg help me?

so my top lip around the edges and sides are going numb randomly, especially when i eat. wtf is that? someone said diabetes but, i dont think thats it.

That's weird. If it were diabetes, you would almost certainly have other problems. Numbness/tingling usually starts in the feet (farthest from the heart). WTF are you eating?
