Accu=Check Complete monitor, is reading Memory Error with the number 2362 on it, what does this mean?
This Accu-Check Complete monitor will not let me take a reading because of this problem.

Hi, try taking out the battery and placing it back in. My meter did something similar to this and it helped. If you still have problems with it call the 800 # on the back of the meater or go to your local pharmacy and exchange your meeter for a new one. Walgreens usually let one make an exchange if a meater is out of date or not functioning correctly.
